An experienced IT leader with over 20 years of experience in infrastructure management, audits and implementation of cloud and on-premise solutions for companies and institutions in Poland and abroad. He specializes in designing secure and efficient virtual environments, optimizing support processes and ensuring IT compliance with industry standards (GDPR, NIS2).
  
He has worked with recognized brands such as KRUS, Orange, CD Projekt, Acco Brands, Axopar Boats Oy, Saxdor Yachts Oy and Brunswick Corporation. As an entrepreneur and auditor, he combines deep technical knowledge with a pragmatic, business-like approach, providing innovative solutions precisely tailored to the needs and capabilities of clients, especially from the SME sector. Its mission is to support organizations in the effective use of modern technologies to build a real competitive advantage.
Marcin Kaczmarek

Marcin Kaczmarek

An experienced leader and architect of IT solutions, specializing in cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP, private clouds) and digital transformations. He has extensive experience in managing complex IT projects, multi-cloud strategies and building effective operating models.
  
As an academic lecturer and certified expert (m.in. AWS, Azure), he combines practical knowledge gained in international projects with a passion for sharing knowledge and demystifying complex technologies for business. They are able to manage budgets, technical teams and implement innovative IT solutions that bring measurable benefits. Its mission is to help companies, including SMEs, achieve a competitive advantage through the intelligent use of modern, scalable technologies.
Mateusz Dopierała

Mateusz Dopierała

An experienced engineer and consultant specializing in the implementation and administration of cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP, Nutanix) and group work platforms (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace). He has extensive, hands-on experience in implementing projects for clients, including migrations, configuration and optimization of environments. As an academic lecturer and trainer, he effectively conveys knowledge about public and private clouds.

He also has experience in the area of security in the financial sector, especially in the field of identity and authorization management (IAM/PAM). It focuses on providing stable, safe and cost-effective solutions that improve the daily work of customers

History

Over 20 years of experience – Evolution from local support to strategic IT partnership for SMEs.

Our story began in 2007, when Marcin Kaczmarek – a technology enthusiast – founded the Kiczmar.pl company. Initially, we focused on providing basic IT services for local small and medium-sized companies: technical support, simple software development, website construction and legality audits.

However, we quickly developed our competences, entering the world of enterprise-class IT system administration. We have gained experience in implementing and maintaining complex solutions such as IBM Lotus Domino, Microsoft Exchange, AIX, Linux, Windows Server and advanced virtual infrastructures (VMware, Hyper-V, Citrix). Back then, we began exploring cloud and hybrid technologies, working with global leaders: Microsoft, IBM, VMware, Citrix, NetApp, AWS and Azure. 

Between 2013 and 2019, we carried out demanding projects for large organizations and international clients, focusing on:

IT architecture and strategy
Complex migrations to the cloud
Design and implementation of private and public clouds (AWS, Azure)
Digital transformation and automation of infrastructure.
We also acted as an educational partner, conducting trainings and academic classes in the field of cloud architecture and IT security (m.in. for WSB, Wroclaw University of Business, FastLane Polska).

Key Development Stage – Joining Forces for SMEs

The breakthrough came in 2022 when Kiczmar.pl and Bajkowski.net joined forces. Adam Bajkowski brought his extensive experience in audits, security and infrastructure management, perfectly complementing Marcin Kaczmarek's cloud and software competences. Both organizations had complementary experience and a common vision: to provide professional IT services for the SME sector.

As a result of this integration, a new brand was created: 5ip.eu. It wasn't just a name change. This was a strategic step towards:
